Hartmut is a 20-plus-year technology industry leader who has scaled divisions and companies from tens of millions to billions in revenue during his career.  Aside from previously serving as a member of Emerald's Board of Directors, Hartmut has held CEO roles at Sanmina Corporation, Aftermarket Services for Jabil, iQor, and ARRIS Composites, among other multiple executive positions across technology, electronics, and related industries. Hartmut earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Flagler College and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Notre Dame.

As Chief Financial Officer of Emerald Technologies, Jimmy is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s financial management. In his role, he leads the global finance team covering accounting and controls, financial planning, tax and treasury, who partner with business leaders to execute Emerald’s profitable growth strategy.

Jimmy brings over 30 years of global financial and operational leadership experience including roles at pwc, US multinational corporations in the manufacturing and medical device industries, and digital transformation business services processing businesses. Jimmy received a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Presbyterian College.

As the Chief Commercial Officer, Kip Ferris helps our customers solve unique challenges and enables Emerald Technologies to provide complex-high reliability services. With his global perspective and entrepreneurial mind, Kip has been recognized in the industry as a leader in the contract manufacturing and services space over the last 25 years. Kip has helped build, grow, and optimize organizations into industry-leading providers across several tier 1 manufacturers, holding leadership roles across operations, strategic account management, and sales. Before Emerald, Kip held key executive positions at Jabil (iQor), Sanmina, and Celestica, leading significant strategic growth across each organization.Kip earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Florida.

Carol is the Vice President of Human Resources at Emerald Technologies, bringing over 15 years of multifaceted experience across the manufacturing, technology, and medical industries. Carol is known for leading transformative HR initiatives that foster a supportive and effective workplace. She is dedicated to building a positive work culture and ensuring HR strategies align with company goals, empowering teams to thrive and contribute to the overall success of the business. Carol holds a master’s degree from Pennsylvania State University and a bachelor's degree from Villanova University.

Amanda is the President of Emerald Technologies in Medford, bringing over 20 years of experience in electronics manufacturing with a focus on process improvement, operations management, and program leadership across aerospace & defense, space, medical, and other industries. Her MBA and extensive industry expertise support a strategic focus on operational efficiency and cross-functional team alignment. Known for fostering strong customer relationships, Amanda is dedicated to delivering value and driving continuous improvement in technical, mission-critical environments.

David is the President of Emerald Technologies in San Jose, with a distinguished career in global manufacturing dating back to the EMS industry's emergence in the 1990s. He comes to Emerald Technologies after a 25-year career at Jabil leading and growing business groups across the Americas, Europe, Asia and Africa. Known for driving step-change revenue growth, he has scaled multiple businesses to billions in annual revenue. David’s extensive experience and leadership make him a key asset in advancing Emerald Technologies' success.

Jason Sciberras is the President of the Saline division of Emerald Technologies. For the last two decades, he has worked in a wide variety of roles at Saline, touching every element of the organization from sales and program management, to quality control and overseeing manufacturing operations. He finds collaborating with new talent to be extremely rewarding and has enjoyed watching these ‘green’ team members flourish into key members who drive a meaningful difference in the electronics manufacturing industry.

Passionate about transforming Saline from a smaller “Mom and Pop” contract manufacturer into a global award-winning Tier III EMS provider, he is incredibly proud to lead the team at Saline – now well established for developing and utilizing industry leading automation solutions to deliver impeccable drive quality and productivity to their customers.

As a high-reliability contract manufacturer, Saline partners with OEMs that design life changing products and Jason loves working closely with his customers to bring these assemblies to life safely and reliably. He loves that he gets work with products that make a tangible difference in our world – improving patient health in hospitals and keeping our troops safe in the field.

Jay is the President of Emerald Technologies in Brea, having served in this role for the last 18 years. Under his leadership, Jay has successfully transformed the business from a small, entrepreneurial startup to a professionally managed organization, achieving 10X revenue growth. Passionate about leveraging technology and lean manufacturing techniques, he is committed to enhancing operational efficiency, fostering collaboration, and driving continuous improvement. Jay holds an MBA from the University of California, Irvine.

Nick is the President of Optimum, a part of Emerald Technologies. Prior to its acquisition, Nick co-founded and served Optimum Design Associates as President since 1991. With extensive hands-on experience designing hundreds of printed circuit boards and authoring numerous industry articles, Nick is widely recognized as one of the top experts in PCB layout design. In 1999, he was honored with induction into the PCB Top Gun Hall of Fame.

Pepo is the President of Emerald Technologies in Salem, as well as responsible for operations in China, and Malaysia. With over 40 years of experience in high-tech and electronics manufacturing, Pepo has a strong focus on operations management and P&L ownership. His expertise in financial strategy has driven Emerald’s global expansion, including establishing a new facility in Penang, Malaysia, and optimizing supply chains for efficiency and growth. Recognized as a change agent, Pepo has led high-performance teams and developed successful growth strategies for Tier One EMS providers and OEMs. Prior to joining Emerald, he served as Senior Vice President at Sanmina Corporation for over 26 years, managing multiple manufacturing sites. Pepo holds a degree in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.

Richard is the Managing Director of Emerald Malaysia's Penang facility, bringing over 27 years of experience in electronics and electrical engineering. Before joining Emerald, Richard served 18 years at Jabil in After Market Services and nine years in a Surface-Mount Technology (SMT) company. His extensive expertise spans Quality Assurance, Sales, Business Development, and Operations. Known for his approachable leadership style, John promotes an open-door policy and two-way communication to foster a positive and productive work environment.

Tommy is the Vice President of Emerald Technologies in Shenzhen, China, and one of the senior talents certified by Baoan district. With over 24 years in electronic manufacturing and enterprise management, Tommy brings a wealth of experience from roles at IBM, TTM, and Flextronics, including positions in sales fulfillment and program management. Since stepping into the General Manager role in 2013, he has led transformative improvements in operations, customer relations, strategic planning, and supply chain management. Under his leadership, Emerald Technologies Shenzhen has achieved notable enhancements in efficiency, lean manufacturing, and cost control, driving sustained performance growth. Tommy holds an MBA (Distinguished) from Hong Kong Baptist University.
