As Chief Operating Officer, Pepo leads global manufacturing operations across Emerald Technologies, bringing more than 40 years of experience in high-tech and electronics manufacturing. With deep expertise in operations management and P&L leadership, he has been instrumental in advancing Emerald’s global operating model, including the launch of the Penang, Malaysia facility and the optimization of supply chains to improve cost, resilience, and execution at scale. Recognized as a change agent, Pepo has built and led high-performance teams across Tier One EMS providers and OEM environments, aligning operational capability with commercial demand to support profitable growth. Before joining Emerald, he spent more than 26 years at Sanmina Corporation, serving as Senior Vice President and overseeing multiple manufacturing sites. He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering and Operational Research from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
