The 2026 Service Excellence Awards recognize Emerald for EMS performance and Emerald-Optimum for PCB design services.
Emerald Technologies is proud to have earned two honors at The Printed Circuit Engineering Association (PCEA) 2026 Service Excellence Awards, reflecting the confidence our customers place in our design, engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain capabilities.
At the 2026 Service Excellence Awards, Emerald received the highest customer ratings in its EMS revenue category for:
- Dependability/Timely Delivery
- Manufacturing Quality
- Technology
- Value for the Price
Emerald-Optimum, Emerald’s Design and Engineering Services team, received the highest customer rating in the PCB Design Services category.
The Service Excellence Awards are sponsored by CIRCUITS ASSEMBLY and presented annually by PCEA. The program uses direct customer feedback to determine best-in-class performance, and the 2026 awards were presented during PCB West at the Santa Clara Convention Center.
Together, these two awards showcase the range of capabilities Emerald brings to customers across the product lifecycle, from PCB design and engineering through advanced electronics manufacturing, supply chain management, and production.
