As Chief Financial Officer of Emerald Technologies, Jimmy is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s financial management. In his role, he leads the global finance team covering accounting and controls, financial planning, tax and treasury, who partner with business leaders to execute Emerald’s profitable growth strategy.

Jimmy brings over 30 years of global financial and operational leadership experience including roles at pwc, US multinational corporations in the manufacturing and medical device industries, and digital transformation business services processing businesses. Jimmy received a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Presbyterian College.

As Chief Revenue Officer, Jason brings more than 20 years of leadership experience at Emerald Technologies, where he previously served as President of the Saline division. His background spans sales, program management, quality, and manufacturing operations, giving him a comprehensive perspective on aligning commercial strategy with operational execution to drive profitable growth. Jason has been instrumental in Saline’s evolution from a small contract manufacturer into an award-winning Tier III EMS provider, leading investments in automation, scalable processes, and customer partnerships that deliver higher quality, productivity, and long-term supply confidence. He works closely with OEM customers, developing high-reliability, mission-critical products, supporting innovations that improve patient outcomes and protect those serving in the field.

As Chief Operating Officer, Pepo leads global manufacturing operations across Emerald Technologies, bringing more than 40 years of experience in high-tech and electronics manufacturing. With deep expertise in operations management and P&L leadership, he has been instrumental in advancing Emerald’s global operating model, including the launch of the Penang, Malaysia facility and the optimization of supply chains to improve cost, resilience, and execution at scale. Recognized as a change agent, Pepo has built and led high-performance teams across Tier One EMS providers and OEM environments, aligning operational capability with commercial demand to support profitable growth. Before joining Emerald, he spent more than 26 years at Sanmina Corporation, serving as Senior Vice President and overseeing multiple manufacturing sites. He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering and Operational Research from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.

As the Chief Commercial Officer, Kip Ferris helps our customers solve unique challenges and enables Emerald Technologies to provide complex-high reliability services. With his global perspective and entrepreneurial mind, Kip has been recognized in the industry as a leader in the contract manufacturing and services space over the last 25 years. Kip has helped build, grow, and optimize organizations into industry-leading providers across several tier 1 manufacturers, holding leadership roles across operations, strategic account management, and sales. Before Emerald, Kip held key executive positions at Jabil (iQor), Sanmina, and Celestica, leading significant strategic growth across each organization.Kip earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Florida.

Carol is the Vice President of Human Resources at Emerald Technologies, bringing over 15 years of multifaceted experience across the manufacturing, technology, and medical industries. Carol is known for leading transformative HR initiatives that foster a supportive and effective workplace. She is dedicated to building a positive work culture and ensuring HR strategies align with company goals, empowering teams to thrive and contribute to the overall success of the business. Carol holds a master’s degree from Pennsylvania State University and a bachelor's degree from Villanova University.

Nick is the President of Optimum, a part of Emerald Technologies. Prior to its acquisition, Nick co-founded and served Optimum Design Associates as President since 1991. With extensive hands-on experience designing hundreds of printed circuit boards and authoring numerous industry articles, Nick is widely recognized as one of the top experts in PCB layout design. In 1999, he was honored with induction into the PCB Top Gun Hall of Fame.
